1- The product will be returned or replaced if the delivery process is not completed or the received product is different from the requested product.
2- Return and exchange requests are received within 5 days of receiving the order.
3- If the product arrives damaged or the requested product is different, the store will cover the replacement or return shipping costs.
4- The amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 10 working days (electronic payment fees and transfer fees may apply).
The product will be replaced within a maximum of 2 to 5 working days after receiving it from the store.
