The creatine in HOT BLOOD HARDCORE enhances physical performance during short bursts of high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is achieved with 3 grams of creatine daily.
(1) Vitamin B6 and niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal mental performance.
(2) Vitamin C and vitamin E help protect cells from oxidative stress.
(3) Folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin A contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Chromium is involved in the normal metabolism of macronutrients. Biotin is involved in the normal metabolic processes of energy production.
Recommended dosage
Mix 2x1 serving of powder (2x12.5g = 2x3/4 scoops) with 2x200ml of cold water in a shaker bottle. Add a little sparkling water, and open the bottle cap every 5 seconds when mixing to avoid accidental pressure build-up! Take 1 serving 30 minutes before and 1 serving during training. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose!
